On the ground floor of the Hotel and adjacent to Armstrongs at The Inchcolm Restaurant is the Oaks Room. This air conditioned, soundproof, pillarless room with natural light, black out blinds can be divided into 3 private rooms of approximately equal size.

The Oaks Room is perfect for any type of corporate meeting, exhibition or function and celebrations including weddings.

OAKS ROOM DIVIDED

Theatre Style 35–100 persons; 
Formal dinner 15–70 persons

Oaks Room (150 sqm) $350
; Double Room (100 sqm) $250
; Single Room (50 sqm) $150.

Access is available from 8am to 5 pm or by arrangement.

AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT

Can be hired in at cost to guest or guests may provide their own.

PARKING

There are two public, pay for use, car parks within 30m walk from The Inchcolm Hotel. 
Metered parking around the Hotel is free to use from 7pm Friday evening until 7am Monday morning.
 Guests attending functions or meetings at the Hotel and who also have an accommodation booking may be able to park* in the Hotel.
